We’re Ryan and Emma, a senior creative team.

Currently beavering away at The & Partnership.

We were hired by Toby Allen at the start of 2022, and we now work across all accounts and run the placement scheme, hiring and mentoring young teams.

We’ve achieved a fair bit over the past decade. 

Created new brand platforms for the likes of Argos, Proper Chips, Very.co.uk and Skoda (7 years and still going strong), won some awards and made a lot of work that we’re proud of and that sold stuff. We can do big shiny telly ads just as well as we can do oddly shaped activations.

We love ideas; big, fat, culture-affecting, business changing ones. But we still feel like we’ve not made ‘that’ ad yet.
